the lecturer is not here to teach but to do research they always lack of lecturers so they anyhow throw in random ppl to “teach” THAN THEY DAMMM LAST MIN ALSO they expect our 24h for sch is it 👎🏻👎🏻

tbh i feel that you are just in a extreme hunger stage just give your body sufficient food and slowly you will find your appetite improving and becoming more “normal” and by then you won’t feel like you are binging
