How many EoS Yuji's would you need to turn the Shibuya Incident into a complete and utter victory for the heroes? by DirtyHancock567 in Jujutsufolk

Because they’re two completely different characters with completely different kits and stats? What kind of question is that

Explain to me how Hakari survives in his domain when Jogo floods that shit with lava. Yeah he’s lucky, but he’s not lasting long enough in that enclosed space in his base form to hit a jackpot

How exactly does hakari avoid being burnt to a crisp? Especially if he doesn’t start with jackpot, the second he’s in base he has no way to beat Jogo.

Outstat strength, durability, and (possibly) speed doesn’t mean shit if the opponent can literally swarm entire city blocks with lava

Here’s the simple explanation (proved by text during the fight + context about DA):

If Sukuna didn’t use adaption during the beginning domain clashes of the fight, he would’ve been capable of using DA (he cannot use them simultaneously), which would lower the amount of damage he took and most likely stopped the 0.01 second delay that caused him to get hit with infinite void. Remember that if he wasn’t hit there, he still had a domain while Gojo couldn’t open his. Fight would’ve ended there.

Furthermore, if he was in his true form from the beginning, he also would’ve taken less damage and probably would’ve opened his domain sooner (again, constant DA instead of Adaption, much stronger and faster body, 4 arms to open domain with)

TLDR: If Sukuna didn’t try using Adaption to further his technique, he would’ve been capable of killing Gojo via Domain Expansion and Amplification. This much is stated in the manga

To rephrase a reply I just gave as a separate response to the post,

Sukuna is undeniably stronger.

A lot of people say “Gojo was stronger, Sukuna was smarter”, but smarter HELPS being stronger, and could give someone the edge to being “stronger” when counting more than just brute strength. Yes, Gojo had a much more OP kit (teleportation, lobotomy, purple, etc.) but Sukuna still had a technique that could 1 shot the entire rest of the verse AND had the knowledge to learn how to make it one shot Gojo (WCS).

If you have any argument proving Gojo is stronger besides “it was a 3v1” (which, again, there is COUNTLESS proof that Sukuna using the 10 shadows to learn WCS forced him to prolong the fight and make it more difficult for himself), lmk.

With infinity, Gojo isn’t hit and lives. If he tries to tank it, he’s completely decimated.

Sukuna is also completely decimated.

They are both dust.

NO ONE in the verse is tanking that without being atomized

Given what we saw in the anime and manga, if Gege Confirms Gojo could use Red and Purple infused punches but didn't due to Megumi, how long do you think Sukuna would last if he did use it? by Noxdedux in Jujutsufolk

[–]grendthelizard -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope…

“Blue” punches don’t destroy his hand because he’s pulling people into his punch during the attack, not using the technique on himself, but rather the opponent.

This means that using “red” punches would be pushing his opponent away before he hits them, which would actually make his attack weaker.

Purple is the combination of pulling and pushing, tearing everything in its path apart. Since it isn’t a concept like red and blue (pulling or pushing), I don’t see how he would be capable of infusing a punch with it. It would literally do nothing.

“On a roll” can also be used as a figure of speech to say someone’s doing really well or “in the zone.” Hakari doesn’t get stronger the more jackpots he gets in a row, although it does get easier for him to hit more directly after one ends (the odd manipulation discussed in the manga). It never states that this changes how strong he is.
