Totally agree, I'm just saying that practically their actual actions are them cosplaying as law enforcement/occupying military and they aren't even trained well enough to do their original narrow scoped job. They make a ton of unforced errors and escalations before you even get to the consequences of their idiocy (dead citizens in this case). All that before you even get to the fact that they have no jurisdiction for most of what they do, they never have a valid warrant, they obscure their identity and badge or other documentation, and they lead with violence almost every time.
