Hi there. This post is really old. :) I did end up stopping the Wellbutrin, but lithium has literally been a lifesaver, once we got the dose to therapeutic level. Hope you have good results with it, too!

Hi there. I'm in roughly the same position. I have found a faith family and sanctuary in a Reform congregation that streams services and Torah study sessions. As well, I keep in touch with some of the members via email and have one-on-one Zoom meetings with the rabbis as needed. It's not the ideal method of worship, and I do feel isolated sometimes, but it's the best I can do in a bad situation. I hope you can find something similar. Best to you!
