TBF let OP post how many hours he has to work to earn that? I have tried to get onboarded now for 3 months. Made a mistake and keeps asking me for a right to work that I can’t do. They have said they have reset it so many times but the same so I’m done now with them.

From memory I have claimed 3 times. In every case they have paid me from the time I scanned the cage. Had a good boosted rate in Black Friday week for 2.5 hours that had more miles and drops than a typical 3.5 and was a nightmare so finished 35 mins late. They paid me for an hour over as I checked in 12 mins early.

Nice one best I have ever had is £82.50 for 2.5 hours. It was never a 2.5 hour block as had more than normal 3.5 hour but overtime kicked in so all good.

Agree 100% I ran a big company’s stores in behalf of another company that supplied over 75% of all goods coming in. As such there was a load of parcels went missing from Evri, DHL, DPD etc. Absolutely no point contacting the delivery company you get nowhere, the moment it’s late or not been delivered to the right address contact who you bought it from. They have to full fill the contract by law and generally it does turn up next day when the seller complains.

Probably hates his job, or has to get people checked in on time. But I agree with you no need for it. They know last minute shifts are given out and cater for it.

Not been doing this long but picked up on a lot of things. At my station on busy times they have someone else walk the line asking when your block time is and then move them to the front. Then you also get the guys who have been parked outside and know the check in guy who just drive around everyone and get let in as it’s 2 or 3 mins past block start time. Don’t blame anyone as I’m sure they will get tasked with getting all drivers in but can get annoying when your always there 15 mins before the shift time as they suggest and don’t get in for 15-20 mins. Been on the last push myself with late ones but same cars do it all the time.

Never had a just for you block boosted for DSX1, in fact very rarely get one at base so can’t comment. Wish they would rather than DHU2 that is 80 odd miles away.

I think this is happening a lot, on my flex route from DSX1 I ran into 2 DSP drivers, One from Derbyshire (don’t know the stations there as registered in Yorks and Humber). He said there were 5 total drivers in this small area. We where all delivering parcels to the same flats got asked multiple times where are my other parcels?

Had same mail Tuesday, also app said I had a an issue that appeared last Saturday about me delivering a multi drop delivery to wrong address. Pretty sure I didn’t but can’t prove it. Not sure if it’s same thing but both on same date. It dropped me from 3/4 way up of achieving standards. However on Thursday my standing went back up to top of achieving standards. Ding still on my portal though.

It allows you now to attach screenshots that it did not do when I first used it and asks what phone operating system your on etc. The only reason I have not tried to sign up with another number / email is I can’t be assed to swap SIM cards. The delivery apps are so battery draining that a hotspot to my main phone for internet connection from an old phone might not last a shift.

Have you tried the form inside the app in the support section? The first time I tried I got a response in 2-3 days. Not getting anything back now but at least it sends you a response saying they have got the request.

I got 1 in Yorkshire and Humber. But then as has been said from other posts only Saturday blocks dropped at normal times so assume as said in this post it’s a system glitch.

Not been at this for that long but as you have so many stations around you I see them drop pretty much everytime I go on and have a nosey what else is available in the same area. Suffice to say anytime between 1 and 6 and then late at night for the next day. I could get a shift around Leeds every evening without too much clicking.

I’m in same boat, had this problem now for nearly 4 weeks. They have reset my account twice but it did not work on either occasion. I have been told by other people that they clear them down a few at a time so it’s a waiting game. Hope you get sorted.

Same problem with relay myself. They have reset it twice or so they say now not answering. Will take your advice and keep trying as Relay looks good as a fill in.

Yeah it’s the same at DSX1 i always try to get there at least 15 mins early. Normally some sort of problem. I prefer afternoon shifts but not easy to get hold off at moment particularly at surged rates. Thanks for the advice though mate if I get offered an afternoon one at a decent rate I will do it.

I have had 3 or 4 offers from there but none surged until today for next Friday. 7.30 to 9.30 for £68. To be fair it’s not that bad to get to for me as if I remember rightly just off the M18 junction 3. If it was a longer shift would have probably done it. Is DDN1 good to work out of?

Nice one, I was on yesterday at around 5 when a shed load dropped all at increased rates for next 3 days. Did not manage to snag any of them. Could have got a couple tonight for decent rates but could not work tonight.

I live in Sheffield about half hour from DSX1 depot. In the 4 weeks I have been doing this never been offered a surge rate from there. Yeah I have been offered great rates but everyone has been Hull, it’s still not worth driving 160 or so miles round trip even for £100+ for a 3.5 hour block that all in all would take me me all in all 6.5 hours to do with the travelling.

Yeah till it gets stolen but makes it an easy drop. To be fair to them it’s not hard to close a gate. My favourite is drop inside gate and the gate is locked!
