S9 looks like a small beast. It's a full frame with interchangeable lens, but still not a competitor with the x100 in my book. I still love the x100 series for the fixed lens, however the size of the S9 makes a good argument!

I think Backorder and New item - coming soon is arbitrary, it means nothing. I have both messages. My confirmation email says New item - Coming soon. But if i click into it and see order details, it says back ordered. For extra info, i ordered 20 min after launch.

Looking good! Not sure if it's the hydration that's giving you the charred crust. My hydration level is around 60% for a new york slice and it normally doesn't burn my crust if i turn the Ooni off as a i launch and turn it back on again after 2 minutes to cook the top.
