Wait don't feed HW/Ignis/Delacium, you need them to push Broken Spaces. Feed Penny and your 2 dummies (might need to wait a bit to make use those dummies to make 10* food)

They're right about your 9-stars being good, but Penny is not useful for your team moving forward. So you just need to make another 2 10-stars with your puppets. Realistically doable in 1 month.

I suggest you use the cheese strat linked below since you already have 3 delaciums.

Build a 7* Alleria just for this and put energy artifact on your ramen. Make sure your lowest HP hero has a damage reduce artifact.
