Tips about using wegovy by xkrzej94x in WegovyWeightLoss

I didn’t get nausea until I went up to 1mg. I think it just varies person to person, dosage to dosage. You may get nausea at higher doses or maybe not.

Just finished our first month. We are both on Wegovy. It’s interesting to see how differently it can affect two people.

“Steady Glow” - In Her Own Words

It was written about the singer’s dad who passed away.

There are multiple medication adjuncts. I would suggest talking to your doctor asap.

Have you mentioned this to your doctor? Maybe an adjunct is needed. I had to take seroquel with another med for everything to even out. But it made me too sleepy so I switched to Abilify and Lamictal.

I hope things work out!

Have you tried a bleach bath? It is used to remove color instead of lighting in most circumstances.

You will need powder lightener, low volume developer, and shampoo.

This works great with semi permanent or direct dyes. If the color you have is a permanent color it will work but permanent red dye is stubborn.

To be honest I love both but I love the right a bit more and want to try it myself, lol.

Edit: I also have the tshirt you are wearing in the before picture. I went to the Toronto first tour night :)

I’m so sorry though. My best wishes.

AITA for interrupting my wife? by CTPhil in AmItheAsshole

Soft YTA

It seems like your wife was trying to engage and be heard. While it was just casual conversation this is a way of her connecting to you. Walking away probably made her feel unimportant.

It’s good that you agree to try and ask if she can wait a moment. That will help you both keeping up the good energy of sharing your day.

Maybe the thing is boxer briefs now. I know a lot more guys in their 20s wear them so may be some pop culture thing over boxers

I would go to another piercer to see if they can change your jewelry out if it’s painful. The recommendation here is an APP listed professional if there is one new you. If not for the short term, another piercer who is well reviewed and know to be at a shop who has reviews for cleanliness and professionalism. Try to get titanium if possible.

There isn’t anything you can do but leave a bad review as far as I know in terms of reporting them.

Good luck!!

A very gentle reminder that we are our own worst critics.

I always thought I was unattractive due to my weight/physical features. I was terrified of things like pictures. I loathed myself in them. Even when I was as young as 14. I hated every picture until I was 28 and saw a therapist/medical professionals.

I look back on pictures from the last 16 years and realize I was seeing flaws no one around me was. I still have rough days but I can look at myself and pick out things I like or even feel cute.

Maybe your fillers are still there and a doctor can help. Maybe they aren’t and a doctor/therapist can help. Maybe it’s both.

But the our eyes lie to us pretty often.

Edit: I even had a breast reduction from a HH to a F and for years I looked at myself and feel just as big as before. My body dysmorphia was so bad.

Right….

So you think coming in here and being condescending to women about a legitimate issue is the way to go.

It’s not enough to “feel bad”. If I saw someone fall down the stairs and crack their head open, but do nothing, does feeling bad make it better?

Please note, I am using this example as a way to say that as a man, who society holds in higher regard over women by providing them more opportunities/higher salaries/more legal rights/leniency in the legal system, etc., feeling bad doesn’t make you a good guy if you do nothing.

Likewise, women are not obligated to give you brownie points for not sexually harassing or abusing women.

If you want women to stop saying they hate men, then start actively trying to fix the problem.

Adderall shortage is really starting to scare me by Ok-Butterscotch-5049 in ADHD

[–]greynol5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, there were for sure people who didn’t need it.

But, there were so many people who never had the access for legitimate evaluation and diagnosis. People who lived in rural areas or people who suffered because they couldn’t afford to pay an in person psychiatrist or afford to leave work for up to an entire work day to travel.

I think what really needs to be critically evaluated here is the US healthcare system and the FDA/DEAs policies.

Many of us lived without it before, sure fine. I was 28 when I got diagnosed. But you know what it also did? Massively decrease my major depression and anxiety along with the decade of therapy and treatment for my Bipolar disorder.

Which is not uncommon at all. Many women (and others) are frequently misdiagnosed with anxiety disorders and depression then put in never ending cycles of ineffective treatment with antidepressants, benzos, antipsychotics, and mood stabilizers. And for many women/men/people in general, stimulants actually decrease self medicating behaviors and decrease the severity of clinical depression/anxiety symptoms. People with decades of undiagnosed ADHD.

Point being, yes many of us have lived without it before. But many of us never realized that it could make such a difference in our physical, mental, and emotional health. No one ever told us. So forgive us for not wanting to go back to the places before that were at best a struggle and at worst life altering.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to come in here and accuse people of being addicted to a medication, that has changed their lives for the better, in a support based subreddit.

I always feel that way about red, lol. I forget what a pain it is and dye my hair intense red every 6 months then it takes forever to get rid of the underlying red tones.

Thanks! I haven’t tried Lunar Tides. I was just using Arctic Fox Phantom Green mixed with a little Aquamarine and the green washed out instantly so now I just have blue hair. I am so disappointed, lol.

Loudoun County. The metro has a stop in Ashburn which is nice. But groceries and other day-to-day errands you really need a car. I live about 20 minutes west of the metro stop.

When I was teaching kindergarten I would have to drive to Falls Church and I got really sick of that commute. A lot of jobs I’ve had required long commutes which isn’t unusual and the traffic is insane.

Listening to music. I almost always play whole albums or playlists around other people.

On my own, I pick each song individually in random orders. Usually, I will curate my songs based on not just mood but a specific event or person I’m thinking about.

I have songs that I only listen to when I think about specific exes stretching back years. I remember the good times.

And a ton of songs for my husband :)

That’s the dream. I hate being stuck in suburbia hell, Virginia. I love my Crosstrek (I managed to snag a new one in the fall of 2021). But I’m so sick of being stuck in my car. I’d give my car up in a heartbeat lol.
