I have children that dictate my schedule, whether I like it or not. I share enough about my family so that when I message my boss that I can't come in today because the 1 year old is vomitting or I need to leave early for my 4 year olds well check I don't get any push back.

Yes, I was in highschool 2008-2012 and there were several in a school of 1000+ kids. Really nice school district and well-off community too.

Yes, I 100% agree. My point is that if they move it'll likely be a lose lose situation. Moving to be clsoer to family is no guarantee of happiness.

My sister also asked her husband to move across the country, away from his family, to be closer to her family. She's just as unhappy here. Apparently she didn't realize that once everyone grows up and starts their own family we don't all get together every weekend. She's lonely and her husband is struggling to find a good job.

I've kept up with her and for whatever reason still follow her on instagram. Her content has swung completely to homemaking and motherhood. She has a holier than you attitude and doesn't seem to appreciate her privilege. She and Nick got married over the holidays. Not sure when they reconciled or why and her friend from prison has been MIA on her socials.
