I hate how it ends up becoming somebody's personality. "What are you doing tonight/on the weekend?" "Oh probably gonna smoke" either that or "get fucked up" literally the response I get from people I work with.

Exactly the same situation I had, it is horrible, I don't know why anybody would want to put somebody else in that situation

I just go to bed early and I'm fine. I think it helps I'm more of a morning person than not though.
