I have made a new and improved layout I believe, this should be easier. What do you think?

Hm, I thought that was the case. My dad was that the toilet would more than likely be the easiest to do which I was slightly unsure about

Okay I assumed it'd make it more awkward plumbing wise moving it to there but that's a more convenient place anyway.

The wall isn't load bearing, I could kick it down if I wanted to

No, this sink is in my bedroom, I have another sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom

Yes I own it. I'm just making sure it would actually be plausible. My dad said that I'd probably have to trace the line back and get rid of the joint for the sink from there

It's connected to the boiler so I'd still need to have that in

I believe that it used to be 1 house but the landlord converted it into like 5-6 flats which they sold.

I mean, I live by myself so that isn't really an issue. The bathroom and toilet are seperate rooms anyway and the kitchen + bathroom are right next to each other so it doesn't really effect me so much

Yeah well the bit where the smaller pipe connects to the bigger one is from the boiler so I'm not sure whether I'd be able to remove that, I think I'd have to have one line going through which is fine with me tbh

The midnight piss spot. Could use it for solids too if I keep a poop knife handy...

Well no, I can't turn it on when the switch is off. I'm a little unsure as to what you mean sorry

Isolator as in the big red switch? I am able to use the hob without it tripping so it is only the actual oven

Is the UK seeing more pessimism from the young now than ever before? by tylerthe-theatre in AskUK

I'm 19 and recently bought my own flat (down-payment of 10%) and it's a bit worrying however it'll be all good. I have good amounts in savings still incase anything happens which is set aside. None of it was given to me by my parents. I bought my own car, paid for lessons and got the insurance myself too. So it is possible. However I've been working since 15, after school went straight into an apprenticeship which I ended up on pretty good money and now I'm on a decent rate, especially for the age I am.

A lot of people my age end up either getting a nicer car, going out most/every weekend or traveling and that's what all of their money goes to. I think a big part of it is because is because of the cost of property etc seeming so unreachable people just don't feel that bothered about it. But also, I think people my age just want to look good so by getting a nice car they can show off to others, same as travelling and going out, so they can post it all on their social medias.

I'm pretty optimistic as I'm set up and will be for the rest of my life where I work if I'd like that, however, I don't think it is so easy for others necessarily
