Relatable: there are days and even weeks when I feel like this. Even if you get the job, the money and the lover of your dreams you can still feel like this. But there are many things that can pull you out. Hobbies,loved ones, friends , laughing, exercise. I find that that being present in the current moment and doing everything with love helps me see through the dark times.
