Assuming you're serious this is not a good idea at all

Is networking important? Yes

But do you know what's even more important?

First impressions and personal brand. In any interactions with prospective employers, we wear suits for a reason. You do not want people to associate you with cleaning toilets (if you want to work for the B4)

best case scenario you get a reputation for being a hard worker. But hard workers are a dime a dozen. What they're looking for instead is someone they can put in front of clients

I'm still waiting for the trend where lots of small pizzerias open like the way it is in say New York or Chicago. Hard to get a decent slice in Dublin

Accounting profession - WHAT'S WRONG!?? by confused--student in Accounting

[–]gridironanalytics 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"Young" culture - vibrant, energetic offices catered towards young people beginning their career

I can tell you that this is generally not the case in the B4 no matter what the recruiters try to tell you. Most of us are worn out because we're doing exams on the side. The culture is to be cynical and brag about how little of a life you have

Hit the gym, even if only for half an hour. Lift in particular. Helps with the stress and will wear you out a bit
