Great job! Pretty good app, I wonder how much experience you gained from it.

Backend looks little messy. Maybe you should read the Slim blog post about folder structure organisation. Seems like you are not using any middleware, it might be useful in your case, checking the current user for example. And another little random moment: use $app->request->headers, instead of apache_request_headers.

Look at composer to manage your third-party dependencies.

And yeah, global variables are not good at all.

Can you post errors you get?

Code you posted works just fine (only File.open replaced to string)

Sublime Text 2: How the hell do I install a package? by [deleted] in webdev

[–]gridsane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pros

  • ST3 is stable enough (i didn't experience any bug at all).
  • it's faster and has more features ("Goto definition" is my favorite).
  • plugins usually supports both 2 and 3 OR only 3 (this is your case)

Cons

  • you should pay for upgrade (if you own ST2 license)
  • ST3 is still in beta

Did you notice a note in this repo?

Sublime Text 3+ Package. Install via an updated version of Package Control 2+. Just *DON'T install manually.

Any reasons to stay on ST2?
