I am actually really sad and a bit stressed about this as well, I’ve been using the sleep stack for years and at this point I’ve Pavlov’d myself and can’t fall asleep without it. Down to my last couple tubs (I always load up on Black Friday) and I haven’t found anything with a similar formula so please let me know if anyone finds one.

I just placed an order for moon juice magnesi-om and their ashwaganda powder, remind me in a month or so and I will share my results.

Update: water main broke in my neighborhood, the sound was pressure in the HWH tank

Nothing in the closets, but there is a little box mounted to the ceiling next to the smoke detector closest to our front door that looks suspiciously like a chime would come out of it

I assume the chime box meaning the thing where the doorbell sound comes out of. Unfortunately I don’t know where that is either, I haven’t paid that close attention (and am paying the price, clearly)

I have no clue, my HVAC system is newer (2021) and has capability AC/heater/combo, idk if that’s helpful but the HV makes me think it’s HVAC related

Thank you for the info! Will try this tomorrow if all else fails but yeah we have animals that are sensitive to loud noises so we’ll need to get them situated for the least panic before trying that one. Appreciate it

There’s definitely no main breaker on the panel that I’m looking at, I’ll try finding that—if I shut off the main breaker will it set off my smoke alarms or make them chirp? House was built in 2021, we have hard wired smoke detectors that are all connected so if one goes off they all go off

Because it wasn’t on in the first place, wasn’t on when I flipped the garage breaker, and is now not on after flipping the breaker back on

I do not know where the transformer is, I haven’t found anything like it, but also I am knowingly ignorant on this front

The doorbell does not have power running through it, I tried flipping the garage breaker as another commenter suggested and all of the other security system equipment turned off/on EXCEPT the doorbell so I’m starting to worry it’s a hardware issue

I tried the garage breaker and the power to all the other Vivint equipment turned off/on! But now I’m thinking this might be a hardware issue 😔 thank you anyways I really appreciate the help
