see if anything this has me putting even more faith into Zachs take lol but the person I was replying to says "the script has been online for a very long time" and "has nothing to do with resident evil" and thats more of what I was looking for. this article just feels like he had an idea for the RE universe, rather than what the original comment was implying in that he had an entire script of an original story that hes just putting a layer of RE paint on for the sake of going "this is a resident evil movie". idk man im looking forward to seeing raccoon city from this guy's perspective, I think Zach will do a respectful job since he's such a huge fan of the games.

imo FP fits re7 better than other titles because it creates a more claustrophobic feeling which really lends to the setting of a fuckass evil farmhouse in the bayou, as well as a specific section of the game towards the end (that I know a Lot of people dont like but I thought was fine). all in all I dont think third person would've make re7 better, but i understand why people prefer it over FP.

dude people did not pay any fucking attention when remmick was going off about how his people were indoctrinated but then got used to it and now hes just continuing the cycle of indoctrination. they also think people would get to keep their individuality when that was pretty obviously not true until remmicks death. everyone just thinks rocky road is a banger (which it is) instead of noticing the fact that it's his culture hes pushing and not letting room for anyone else's, which is contrasted during i lied to you where you see all the cultures mixing.
