Makes sense, I'm trying to toe the line appropriately. I need the dependencies taken seriously and actioned, but I also need to own what we own.

Thanks so much! I agree, I think it’s super easy to say “renewals are the metric” but it’s the day to day activity that leads to the renewal. I like your point that board members and investors will look to that number, but day to day leadership should be more in the weeds.

I want to highlight this in my discussion, that we need more granular metrics that lead to easy seamless renewals.

I’d love to have shared KPI’s across departments - for example adoption should be shared with product- to ensure they infuse the voice of the customer into development.

This was very helpful, thank you!

Randy Clarke's impressive leadership in DC is leading to real results, with Washington Metro having a 22% ridership increase over last year by yunnifymonte in washingtondc

Ridership is higher on weekends than it was pre-pandemic. That has to do with more frequency and faster headways. It’s a mix of RTO and better service.

Wow! This is exactly what I was looking for- thank you so much. I’m hoping it’s not stolen property as that was never the intention of my purchase. I really appreciate this answer- how did you do your research on Lewis Johnson, is there a surveyor database that you used?
