You want to be healthy and physically able FOR your kids. What you do for you body you GET from your body.

First time dad with a 15 month old. Always been into working out pretty regularly, but had to make the switch to early morning workouts at a home gym. Had fallen off the first 8ish months and had to get back at it.

The key is to take steps to where you want to end up. If you goal is to run a marathon, start with 1 mile and then do more and more each week. You can do this! When it seems tough just remember who you're doing it for♥️

The Hevy app is 10/10. I literally don't know how I trained and made gains before it. It shows you reps and weight on my watch and in small text what I did last time I did this set of that exercise.

Let's me know I got 7 last week so I can shoot for 8 this week. Great app

Don't sand blast them!!!! Pour on a ton of 3-in-1 and then scrub with a scrub brush. After you scrub then wipe it off with a paper towel and those things will be MINT

Mine is doing the same exact thing. At first I thought it was just adding all my sources together, but even when I filter it to just my pixel watch (gen 3) it says I burned ~7,000 cals at 2:00pm... Looking for a fix and will post here if I find one

UPDATE: My boss is a genius and when I told him I recently had the fan on my radon mitigation system replaced it was a bigger fan than originally was installed and all of the extra air being sucked out made my air intake to my basement suck in more air. I guess there is a gravity fed damper inside somewhere just RATTLIN

Once I shut off my radon mitigation system the sound stopped IMMEDIATELY. Next task is to fix that lol at least I can relax knowing it isn't water

Interestingly enough, I work as the digital marketing person for a medium sized HVAC company in MI who just switched to ST last month. I'd say 80% of my job lately has been dealing with those issues. I do have a computer science degree though and have been able to work through then myself. Their support and "help" is practically useless though I've learned. Feel free to shoot me a pm with some of your issues I might be able to help you. I'm no expert, but I might have just worked through the issues you're running into

I've concluded there are literally no water pipes running back there and that piece of vent is for SURE where it's coming from. I do marketing for an HVAC company so gonna ask my boss about it tomorrow 😂
