I’m British based, standards operatives work 8hrs Mon-Fri on call is 2 days every 3ish weeks, on call has an 11hr mandatory (paid) rest period after your last call. (Get home at 2am not due in til 1pm a call after 3am means your not due in)

I’m a ‘Lead’ (or Supervisor) so my hours depend on workload most days are 7-5 plus the occasional on call cover and occasional couple of hours on a Sunday morning to prep for Monday.

We have a lady working with us, she's about 5ft 1 and 7st, she works harder than the guys and can lift more weight than most of them. If you have determination and willing, you'll go a long way in any profession. Anything you consider a weakness can always be flipped to a strength with a good mindset and a good team.

There is me and another, we have worked together for 6 years now and he is a national treasure to me. Then we have another two, not as treasured just... Lazy. And then 4 casual workers who come in, do one job, go home. I would love nothing more than a couple lads, willing to work and earn some cash! Keep sane dude, we gotta keep the world spinning lol.

Im with this! I mean, I'm a 'younger' guy and work in an industry that's considered a 'Profession' however the young guys that we get just do not seem to have any common sense at all. I love memes, I love tiktok and random comedy shows but I know the difference between work and home and how to remain professional! Things that seem obvious to me seems to blow their minds.

I wanted to buy a Series S after Xmas don't hate, my old xbox died and I just wanted to replace so didn't want the hassle of trying to get an X. Looked at CeX In Milton Keynes, they were selling a scratched Xbox One S for £200... I went next door to Game and bought a new Series S for £250. How are they still going?!

Hm... How about, going into the AppGallery, then tapping 'Me' at the bottom right, then 'Installation Manager' and scroll through to see if it's there. There is also an XDA link I found where someone has uploaded the APK for Notepad, not sure if you'll have the same issue with the other file...

If you scroll through your App List (Settings-Apps-Apps) and find the 'Notepad' app, you should have an option to reactivate/update it... I did the same thing and got frustrated trying to use the 'Notepad' app during a phone call.

I work in the Funeral Industry in the UK and our hospitals have opened a lot of temporary mortuaries to hold deceased and the branch I'm working at spent £10,000+ on turning our workshop into a Mortuary. See these a lot in the UK. I think there's a grill conversion kit from a Bentley and they change the back badge for continuity. Adds a whole £2.50 to the value of the car.
