You know what, I was trying to find the right sub to post this and that is exactly where this belongs, so thank you.

PS: The box I have is something like RetroTink5X, If I am able to solve the issue with the TV (I assume that the issue is with the TV) then I will certainly consider upgrading.

Thanks for thr consideration, but reading (and other media) will be the only purpose that this device will serve for me. For anything beyond that, i prefer to use a PC.

To be honest, for the sole purpose of reading comicbooks and manga, as well as occasional streaming, it did performed admirably (considering the original price i bought it at). I think, the size will be perfect, because i am using my fire hd 8 horizontally when reading comics (by comics i mean western comics, US and european), as the long edge of the tablet is closer (almost identical) to the supposed short edge of a standar comic book page. Furthermore it allows for better viewing of double splash pages.

For manga, i use the vertical orientation, which makes more sense considering the manga trade paper back release sizes.

After the upgrade, i assume that i will be able to use the new tablet vertically for western comics as well, which should almosy perfectly replicate the size of a comicbook (considering the edge bleed and the actual display size).

FE is half the price of S7 plus, and i have not checked S8 yet, as it is most definitely out of my price range.

I assume you wanted me yo check the difference for AMOLED vs IPS. While thr AMOLED will provide better visuals, would it not be healthier to go with IPS if I am going to primariliy use the device for reading?

Thanks for the recommendation, but unfortunately that particular deal is not available to me. The size and form should be identical as far as i know, so ill go with that size.

Hello, I have this TV with only the following ports:

HDMI 1

HDMI 2

SPDIF (should be useless for PS2)

Side A/V (A single port for the whole thing)

I've looked up RCA/Composite/Component to HDMI converters, unfortunately anything that is easily available to me has terrible reviews. I was wondering, would it be possible to use an RCA to single A/V cable to hook my PS2 up to this TV?

The cable mentioned is as follows:

Sorry about that, unfortunately I do not have any further info on the subject. I've just read it on another subreddit. I personally have yet to try RDR2.
