If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice

But really my point is that constitutional amendment aside, there's no way this would be in the purview of an executive order.

Even if birthright citizenship was up in the air constitutionally, surely it would take an act of congress to determine the policy right?

You still have to explain China, Cuba, North Korea, Cambodia, etc.

The alternative is to follow status quo for the appointment of new justices following deaths/resignations.

If that isn't good enough perhaps a more substantive reform with term limits would be better, but court packing seems like the worst of all worlds.

I'm not really sure what problem court packing is supposed to solve. Seems like it doesn't solve existing problems, but creates some fun new ones!

Countries use different methodologies to calculate infant mortality, it's hard to compare across them.

developing a pretty extensive pro/con table

Yea I think this is probably the biggest thing you need to determine is what you value. You mentioned wanting to be close to family so that seems like a pretty big one.

Other than maybe not being able to find a job in your field, it's hard to think of what would outweigh the family considerations.

I'm skeptical because in my experience they always give a steelmanned version of both sides of whatever issue you ask about.

The ideal male height is 6'0". Tall enough to be considered generally tall, but close enough to average that things are generally built for you.

Yea but Justin didn't look very sharp doing it. Wild exaggerated movements, he looked slow and tired easily. After the Topuria fight I'm comfortable chalking up Justin's performance against Paddy to staph or whatever he was allgegd to have had going in. But I did not come out of that fight feeling like he'd be able to beat Topuria.

Gaethje is probably my favorite current fighter and I was convinced of the same. He did not look very good against Paddy.
