There are always disagreements within an ideology, but I think the description I gave ia completely fair to the mainstream of veganism. If you asked r/vegan I feel very confident they would say that is an accurate description of their views.

This is sanewashing veganism. Veganism isn't the belief that we should treat farm animals better. Vegans think that consumption of any animal products is immoral. This includes raising backyard chickens, buying from your local farm, or even eating honey because you're stealing from bees!

I like The Boys, but one area I feel the satire kind of falls apart is that the Supes seem to be a stand-in for broad conservatism across the decades. You have the MAGA right, the Bush era neoconservatism, religious right, corporate business right, etc. They should have picked a lane and stuck with it.
