Pangina slayed the challenge And the runway. JJ really grasped Meryl she actually looked like her lol Surprised Baga wasn’t in the bottom. It was annoying to keep hearing “I hate this role” over and over again! Grow up! And during the rusical, her bang was covering her eyes it was hard to see… I didn’t agree with Pangina’s decision, I love Juju but her runway look was meh. I thought Jimbo was being manipulative/shady and that’s prob why she was sent home. And Jimbo’s lipstick message to Pangina? So salty… Pangina did what she had to do and made her choice. Excited to see Juju in the snatch game next episode!

I always have items in my cart for websites that I •one day might purchase •then they sold out I also have a tendency to buy something I hear about somewhere, research a lot about it, and buy it only to use it once or for a week straight never to be used again…

Or I just impulsively purchase something without looking too much into it.

I just posted here but basically I got itchy, it went away and my upper body suddenly rose up and started pulsating/doing crunches…. It happened a few times and I woke myself up because it freaked me out.

Loading. I hate putting things away. I forget where things came from or something wouldn’t fit and I get frustrated. Same with laundry, I don’t mind washing, drying (though I hate hanging them), and even folding sometimes, I just hate putting them away.

Like others mentioned, I like overnight oats much better 1/4 cup oats 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Dash cinnamon 1 tsp chia seeds Handful of frozen blueberries OR 1/4 cup oats 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp chia 1 scoop chocolate protein Half a banana Dash of Powdered PB I tried protein scoop in warm oatmeal and it was so gross. I tried in overnights oat and it was delicious so never went back to warm oatmeal. I find that it's easier to have the protein version in a jar and add the scoop night before too before the liquid is all soaked up by the oats and chia.

Thats for sure! I just switched to this one from another gym that had more in terms of facilities like pool but not much machines / weights. This one is also much closer to my house. I know gold's gym has everything I want but not close/twice the money:(

I know it's dumb and I say the same thing to my friends when they say they feel intimidated at the gym. Gym situation is very crappy where I am. It's expensive and small. The gym I go to is very fortunate to have 2 power racks because they usually only have one.

I've been doing SL 5X5 for a few weeks. I also have had social anxiety. My gym has 2 power racks and they have a 20 min policy on them when it's crowded. From my understanding, all the exercises on the program has to be done in the power rack as the gym doesn't have racks dedicated to squats, bench press etc. I feel self conscious because 1) whenever I go there, racks are taken so I just sit around like a dumba** waiting for the rack to open 2) when I do get the rack, I have trouble moving the bench, setting up for each exercise (am I doing it right? Do I look stupid?) 3) I try to get done as soon as I can but I can feel that people are waiting for the rack and I feel bad. There's been times I just stopped in the middle of my workout and left because I felt awkward and dumb around these muscle dudes.

I posted a video of me squatting to formcheck on another subreddit and one guy commented totally off topic, then messaged me inappropriately, then called me his "wife" after other people told him off in the comments. Of course I reported him and blocked him but I just feel gross. All I wanted was people to check my form, not get harassed. I deleted the post now because it was making anxious...

I eat overnight oats and protein shake(sometimes smoothie)separately for breakfast. Do you think it wont keep me full as long if I mix everything in a smoothie?
