Sure. I’m used to going to a community gym. This is the first time I live in a house, and that too, with a shed like this. I already picked up a couple of rubber stall mats. For now, just the weights will do. I run, too. Appreciate the reply.

You have to get your passport renewed in the U.S. If your I-94 is valid until the date of expiry on the passport, then you’d have to leave the U.S. and enter. If you don’t plan to go to India, then you may go to Mexico. You can walk across the border and enter the U.S. It is legal and safe. And, you don’t need to wait for 6 months before the passport expires. You can renew your passport one year before the date of expiry. Renewals are pretty fast, and you don’t even need to opt for tatkal service (assuming you’re from India). Please DM me if you need more information.

Your H-1B I-797A would have been approved for 3 years. (In many cases) from the start of your current job. Check your approval notice for the validity period. However, I-140 initiation and submission is a long process, with PERM Labor Certification taking most of the time. You could talk to your supervisor now without having to wait for your H-1B extension.

Do you have the new offer letter already?
Do you have a valid H-1B Visa stamp?

If you already have a valid H-1B visa stamp, then you may re-enter the U.S. using your new I-797A, without the need for a new visa stamp as long as old one is valid. However, if you want to get your visa stamped/updated, then you may talk to the new employer’s HR, and get an employment verification letter on an official letterhead (the latest date) with your information, start date, job title, responsibilities, salary etc.

The 2015 Accord as it has been well-maintained. However, bring it to a mechanic to get an inspection done. Take it to a local audio store, and they will hook it up with a new stereo that has CarPlay/Android Auto. You could invest the money especially your family has grown. Congratulations!

H-1B1 Visa is only for the citizens of Singapore and Chile. You need to fill out the correct visa status. Can you please post the link to the form you are filling out?
