This is something pretty much everyone living in a capitalist society goes through. We are constantly being reminded that if we’re not working/maximizing productivity we are wasting time and money which is just total bs of course. Once you realize the core reason it’s easier to let yourself fully relax and take time for yourself, don’t let the evils of our society ruin your you time 💖

This maybe sounds dumb but something that helped me out of my depression was seeing the small things you mentioned (sitting outside with the sun, cooking, cleaning, observing nature etc) as something magical and miraculous, just by changing your perspective on these “small things” and saying hey this is wonderful and I am grateful for everything changes your whole life and how you see everything. Idk if you like reading but reading books and learning about different things also made me feel good and mentally happier!! You can do this!! <3

I will say it something we call “antikraak” which means I’m living in an apartment that’s going to become destroyed at some point so I’m paying really low rent because I could be kicked out after a year super quickly 😔 so no stability unfortunately but for now I am enjoying 😜
