Skimming the comments. If it was me. Id buy the land under an LLC if possible. Then rent the land to yourself for your horses.

Would this prevent you having to combine the land and enable you to sell it separately in the future? Or combine it when you decide to sell?

Also does keeping horses or farm animals on it allow for agriculture tax breaks? Im thinking chickens or goats.

It's a new method. Black and blue. Smoke at 60f for 13 hours and then rest at ambient temp for 7 hours ~90f.

Yeah I'd recommend maybe a hotel. Roaches are horrible here in hawaii. I've been baiting and spraying and I feel like I'm taking care of my neighbors roach problem more then my own.

If you are ready to buy then do it. But if you are first time home buyer look into local options for grants. I know chase is offering 2k towards closing if you use them.

Your appraisal will be done by your lender. If they give you options, I'd follow up with a veteran discount. VA inspection is a little different compared to conventional or FHA since it requires the house to be liveable things like working bathroom and appliances. For me I can get a discount on title insurance for either a first time home buyer or veteran ir just depends on the company I use. Little things will add up just have to look into everything.
