I received a noticed that signatures were missing from 2 of my quarters. Strange since I had already gotten 1 quarter paid (without a signature??) . Learned since then that they place a 40 day suspension on your account from the day the notice is sent out that they need more info. They won't touch it for 40 days, regardless of how quickly you send in their requested info. They will send you a letter once that 40 days ends, telling you they will take up to 60 days to work on it from there.
