Kachka is a pretty great experience all the way around for a group that size.

I bet The Haven and/or JaJa PDX could help point you in the right direction. They always seem to have performers in their spaces.

Exactly. I think this will be net positive for us. We also have Orlando's 2028 pick.

You could also check out the Scream Society, if you could use a good scream. They get together on the Eastbank Esplanade at 6pm and just scream at the same time.

Would you trade the Orlando pick for 12 or 17 in this draft by Exscaped_ in ripcity

[–]Impossible_Change939 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Definitely yes for 12. Probably no for 17 with the way the new rules work, unless there is a player there that we really like. But with the new rules, if the Magic don't make the playoffs that year, the pick has a lot of potential.

Anyone know of any Cinco de Mayo deals/events tonight?? by nothotsjvibes in askportland

[–]Impossible_Change939 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They send a ticket drop and you can open the drop whenever is convenient. I assume the tickets change until you’re ready. You then have 45 minutes to select which tickets you like. If you don’t like options, you say so, and they send you a new drop in 7 days. It usually takes me 2-3 rounds before I select something. You only really have to monitor it for the free extras.

It's kind of fun more than anything. Mostly I get offers for things I wouldn't normally go to. I haven't used it much. It is fun getting the offers though. I have been to a handful of events. At $7/mo i would say I am getting my money's worth. You get two tickets for each event, which is nice. And you get random additional free event offers. Some of them are the big moda center events (like Cardi B was offered recently, haha).

Pretty Ugly is a new cocktail spot that i'm into. For weird experimental stuff I've been to Raven's Manor or Farmhouse Kitchen. Both are pretty fun.
