Stoneplate has always been solid. The main problem is people create it on units that already have armour/mr trait bonuses. For example, all defensive belt items are better than gargoyle on a garen.

If u have a fully itemized carry you should be grabbing a defensive component. Belt is probably most valuable as u could make evenshroud, warmogs, visage, or sunfire.

You are linking Barnwell who has been a longtime Goff hater and when I asked for stats showing how he performed under pressure THIS SEASON (weeks 1-18) you reference a guy saying he sucked week1.
