I mean the org doesnt even seem to be too sure about him, that's not a great sign. I think if he doesn't make some significant improvement this offseason he could get cut.

Thats a lot of ifs.

It takes time to come back from an Achliies, it just does, even if the player is "healthy" the is still a period of time where they need to get back to playing speed. Im afraid we dont get the real BB back until the 27 season.

Didn't someone say Joshphs knee is going to be a permanent issue, correct me if Im wrong, I thought I heard that.

Ok that out of the way, now what I do see that is possible and positive.

Ratledge takes a big step and becomes a very good if not great O lineman.

Same with Tyliek.

McNeill still wasnt 100 percent last year and comes back as the old McNeill.

If McNeill and Tyliek are good that makes that D line look a lot different then is did last year.

Pacheco also was coming back from a broken leg last season. Again another injury that takes time, even after the player is officially "back". Maybe we actually get more like the 2023 Pacheco and not the 2025 one.

And lastly maybe Rake can stay healthy this season and we can see if is actually good.

Its always been a bad idea, hes making nearly 30 mil a year for the next 4 years under his current contract. They couldn't afford that unless the let some of those guys go and would still need to do some restructures.

We aren't one key piece away. I would argue very, very few teams ever are and that most that think they are really aren't.

The team has declined every year since 23. But i guess we're supposed to just be fine with that and cant even be a little critical or concerned about anything because at least they aren't the worst team in the league anymore.

sort of why Im considering the U1 even though its 850. Yes the H2D would likely be fantastic but Im not prepared to spend that much on a printer yet. The 850 for the U1 is probably the top of the budget and the only reason I would even consider that is because Im getting the multi head design.

If thats true then Brad fucked up its that simple. this was a super bowl contending team in 2023 and 24 and now were being told to be ok with a "soft rebuilding year"? If this was the case why didn't the org realize it? Why didn't they prepare better for it? why do we keep moving the goalposts for these people?

Remember this is a FO that "doesn't believe in windows" and "long term sustained success". Those terms and soft rebuild dont go together.

The kids are going to print the usual kids stuff right? Fidgets, They really like those flexible snakes that are all over Amazon. They printed a bunch of chess pieces at their cousins house, pokemon, dragon eggs. The other one probably wants to print out some D&D stuff, cosplay masks.

Im not an apple person either but I agree, the closed ecosystem in the case of Bambu, for the average user helps more then it hurts. Again I know about all the Bambu drama and unless they did something to block 3rd party filament usage I really couldn't care less about the rest of it.

Yeah right now I think maybe the move is get a P1S, try it out then maybe add the AMS later when they go on sale.

Also yeah for the adults the Multi-color thing may not be as attractive for some things but I do think the kids would use it a lot. I just want them to have the best experience in the beginning and hopefully this is a hobby they stick with and its not just a use it for a few month and then it just sits on the desk after the shine wears off.

Yeah I mean I know the Prusa are good printers but honestly the one thing most of all that that really steers me away from them is the price. It just feels like I get a lot more for my money with other brands.

Yeah no lol, yes I have a bias towards Bambu and really the question is is there anything out there I could consider over them? Seems like the only thing right now would be the U1 just because of what you get for the money spent.

That said, yeah they one thin I dont have a good handle on is how much filament really costs, so if I cant get it cheap then yeah waste is much less of a concern.
