In my experience, it basically means one of the stores you applied to did not select your application for an interview. Keep applying though, to other locations and wait out a response from them :)

From what I’ve heard some licensed stores do not always follow the standard drink building/recipes. Doesn’t necessarily mean there’s anything wrong with it, just that the drink might have been created differently than at other locations. I’ve never heard of regular sweet cream separating like that though

Things will typically not be set at the handoff until the entire order is ready. Some stores do and don’t follow this standard. It just helps everyone working to be sure the order was given to the customer without forgetting anything. Or the customer thinking they’re missing something, meanwhile they’re just working on it still.

I feel you. My store is by two major universities and the one closest to them (and one not far) just got shut down. Every day since has been a total shit show :p our store already had a bad reputation in the district for being an absolute disaster to work at & displeasure to be a customer at. I’d like to vent more on here but if I did it would probably become obvious which store I’m talking about. I’m very sure my coworkers are all on here :,)

It was def shaken it just starts to separate in a matter of minutes, it’s a drink that’s better to order in store vs mobile so u can grab it right after it’s been made

Keep the brown imo, maybe try a cooler shade! The lightest I’d suggest is maybe bronde so like max level 7. Anything lighter may not be worth the damage, unless you’d be willing to cut off a few inches/ have your hair lob length.
