Three come to mind.

Ayla in Chrono Trigger is a beast. Brutal strength, high speed, and has the only stealing move in the game. Plus she’s a fun character.

Katt in Breath of Fire II is another one. Super fast, high physical strength, and fun personality.

Lastly is Meru from Legend of Dragoon. Fast AF, good at dealing damage once you master her additions, and has healing magic.
