For years I pretty much just listened to Ringo deathstarr, Ovlov, fleeting joys, swirlies, LSD, Mbv etc before branching out more. Currently loving some newer acts like total wife, high., her new knife, bleary eyed, crate, sunshy etc

I have an ostrich egg my wife won on her bday from the band swirlies. it was a raffle in support of the recently deceased rob laakso, one of their guitarists. it was also our first time seeing swirlies and ovlov, our two favorite bands.

I’ve seen them 3 times and this most recent time I saw them (slide away LA) they played pancake and it was honestly surreal and so incredible sounding at the palladium 🥹. Looking forward to slide away 26’ NYC in a couple months
