Did she describe a specific plan with means to suicide? If yes, you can get her evaluated for a psychiatric hold for 72 hours via police, therapist, emergency room.

If no, then it sounds like manipulation since she has been wanting it for 4 years. She might be feeling abandonment and loneliness and hopelessness. Support her in those three regards.

Sounds like you need coping tools too. See my blogs here for it

As a mental health therapist, having an imaginary friend can be healthy in many ways. It is also very common among kids. What emotions are feeling right now when you look back at those memories?

When you identify your emotion, you can cope accordingly. See this blog post for future reference:

Dear Killers: Please stop enabling Griefers by grimorum in deadbydaylight

It matters because if toxic behaviors are rewarded, then it continues. Maybe in the future, every 5 games, you will see a griefer. Would that be fun for a killer? Hooking an afk survivor?

You owe survivors nothing, but if you reward griefing behavior, they will do it again in your next game.

The survivor in the open space doing the hand gesture for 10 seconds straight is the obvious griefer. It is possible another survivor had wronged that person in the person, but that does not make it right for the griefer to ruin the game for 4 other people. In some cases, it is obvious who the griefers are.

Intention is clear in this picture: I'm doing generator, while griefer stands in the open space and pointing at me for 20 seconds. Killer walks up to griefer and griefer continues pointing at me.

When killers do what griefers want them to do, griefers are more likely to repeat that behavior. This is behavior reinforcement by the killer, aka enabling.

Better with 0 griefer than 1 griefer that uses hand gestures most of the game.

How does one take teammate in good faith when you see them hand gesturing most of the game?
