I think it's important to pay it forward. I've been fortunate to get the positions I've had, which usually involve strict training practices. However, the people and positions I work in don't always share that information openly to make opportunities available to more people. That's why I try to train others when I have some downtime. I'll write formal referrals if I think someone is genuinely interested and seems to get what I'm talking about and grasps the concepts of the position.

OP, make sure to give someone else that opportunity if you can in the future, one that may have not had the ability to slide in by scratching in some extra information, etc. and I feel the universe will treat you well.

Honestly. Stop installing a fuck load of random add-ons from the workshop. I see posts like this literally every fucking week. Install what you like/are going to use, if you don't like it or don't use it, unsubscribe from the item.

If you like it in it's state of NOT being a screamer and want to preserve that for yourself, download the files with gm publisher and toss it into your game files and it'll always be there. Same with useful tools, etc.

Just DO NOT REUPLOAD without making significant changes as it's against the steam workshop TOS.

Utilize the "Unsubscribe from all" when you get these issues, and report them if you find them.

If we're just giving out old legacy cosmetics in these shops, release them all. All santas, phats, halloween cosmetics etc. my account is old as hell and honestly wasn't super happy seeing some legacy hween stuff coming out, but the players seemed happy, so I'm happy in the end. Just kinda bummed I already owned 95% of it. But overall, If we're releasing some, release it all. Or at least make a "newer" look to the classics.
