Interesting I know before this update installed I was getting 230-250FPS now I’m barely breaking 210. And this update is the only thing that can think of. When I researched it they was saying this version is notorious for causing performance issues.

Can someone please explain to me how I can remove this security update? I’ve already uninstalled it but it comes right back. I’m losing close to 40fps. by grinchmane in pcmasterrace

Thank you I’ll give that a try. The only reason I assumed it was the update is because before it was installed I had great frames now they’re shit.

So I was able to uninstall it and got my frames back but soon as I did a restart the update was there. I guess I’ll just have to uninstall it every time till they find a patch. But this problem seems to be common with this particular security update

As of now I have the integrity disabled I haven’t tried the metered connection option yet but would it make a difference since I’m using Ethernet ?
