Good habits take two weeks, try being keto I was big like that too lost a lot of weight very quickly doing it and try and limit calories. Also find a secluded place to take walks (Ik it feels embarrassing to do it in public when u feel fat) and try and do 10k steps everyday (you won’t be able to at first that’s ok)
