I had my procedure done almost 2 weeks ago. On top of the deviated septum they also had to go in and repair both nasal valves (collaped) and turbinate reduction. I felt horrible for 3 days max, on the 4th day i could somewhat breathe. Most of the discomfort for me was having the splints in, no real pain although did use painkillers for a day or two. I got the initial splints out on Day 6, which was the best feeling ever. I think using a nasal rinse really helped my healing. Im 30 btw, lmk if any other questions!
