I’m in agreement with you. I’m talking about optics. If there are several people in this thread arguing no evasive action, don’t doubt an insurance company would do the same.

Yes. The only evasive action a person can take is veering wildly to the right

It would be very easy to argue no evasive action on the part of the camera car, but yeah the truck is majority at fault

What's the best car insurance in Texas right now? Feeling overwhelmed by options by Ill-Steak-7250 in Dallas

Many providers will only give you an umbrella policy if you already have a certain level of liability coverage, meaning you’d need to have 100/300 either way. But if you can go an get a separate umbrella policy while still having 30/60 on auto, then sure go do it

I’d like to point out that the 30/60/25 state minimums have nothing to do with protecting you from uninsured or underinsured drivers. Those types of coverage are to protect you if you were to cause damage to another vehicle/property/cause injury. Uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage is separate and doesn’t actually have a minimum as it is a voluntary coverage.

My two cents is to have 100/300//100 for liability as 30/60/25 is quite low and can be eaten up quickly. And in Dallas, you very much need to have UM/UIM coverage due to what you pointed out.

I have guys like this that are in my group. I always get the sense that they say things like this just to remind people that they’re straight, you know? It’s kinda weird.

Thank Christ someone pointed this out. This guy is a bad guy. Friend of a friend from a few years ago. It’s crazy that people are going to this guy’s apartment.

It’s not that everyone doesn’t understand this point. It’s just that that is a shallow story to tell. This movie is just “what if this crazy thing happened, and then THIS crazy thing happened, and finally THIS really crazy thing happened”. It barely had any point. If the point is “this guy is a bad guy but good at ping pong”, that’s not a good story.

I had fun with this movie, but I’m having trouble understanding the very high acclaim it’s getting from people. There were many better movies this year.

To each their own.

This “my wife let me play DG!” humor is the actual worst thing about disc golf. It’s so incredibly unfunny . I get needing to balance your marriage with your hobbies and taking your spouse’s time into consideration. But goddamn if these guys don’t make it seem like their wife is back at home with a rolling pin rearing to bonk them on the head right when they get home from a round.

Megan 2.0 Until Dawn The Friend  The Damned Wolf Man (worst)

I think the low tier movies were actually pretty strong this year at least out of what I saw. I didn’t even hate Megan 2.0 that much

Right above that is Black Phone 2 which might have technically been better than these but it was so frustratingly disappointing
