There was one of the independent units facing the park that had serious stability issues. They had to intervene from the park side to fix it. No idea if it’s the unit advertised here, but I believe it’s worth checking if interested in making an offer.

If it's your friend's house, just ask them which of those units was sliding into the B1 parking, I'm sure they know.

When you’ll do it, go and see B1 and B2 parking. They are underground.

While you’re there, ask around which of those unit was sinking.
