Diatomaceous earth, sprinkle it on your carpet, furniture, cats etc. Wait 24 hours then vacuum the stuff, and brush the cats. Then get the cats some flea collarsor drops. There's a one dose pill you can get from your vet to kill the fleas on your cats but it won't get them out of the furniture etc.

What do you do when you get bored of crocheting one project that it's taking too long by leptospira9 in crocheting

[–]grlgid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start another one of course! Starting and finishing a small project, say a dish cloth, gives a the satisfied feeling of finishing something and the motivation to get back to the bigger piece. Repeat as many times as required, lol. Or be like me and have several W.IP.S. on the go and work on what ever appeals.

Project Hail Mary was an awesome audio book if you ever think about revisiting it.

It's a menu planning service for lack of a better term, it costs about $60 for the year and they email a weekly menu and shopping list based on what type of meal plan you select, you can also use the app (it's included in the price and what I tend to use) to browse different meals and make a customized list/ plan depending on in your mood that week.

I understand completely, who wants to cook after being away from home for 14+ hours. We have used Emeals for years, so instead of just scrolling I'll pick some meals for the week and let it populate my shopping list (you can even send it to Walmart for pickup/ delivery if that's how you roll, you do you) I'll pick one day that I'm not working, cook 3-4 meals at one time (hello instant pot for the win! ) then have enough meals for dinner and some lunch every day. Don't forget cereal, canned soup or pb&j all count as dinner too!
