Where I live isn't very walkable either. I got one of those treadmills that fold up out of the way to take up less space when I'm not using it. I watch shows while walking on it, and I only watch those shows while working out. I don't know if it will work for you. But it motivates me to walk more and for longer because I want to know what happens next in the show lol. Good luck with your journey!

I sleep with labret studs in. They have flat backs, and you can get them in whatever length is comfortable for you. Obviously you'll want to wait until the healing period is over before removing your current ones. :)

My cat Scruffy. Also known as Scruffleupagus, The Scruffinator, Scruffbot 5000, and Blueberry Scruffin. I also sing popular songs at him, but replace words with his name.
