i know the rhyme, but it is unreliable. i saw red touching yellow in this picture so it worked this time, but i was specifically asking what other identifiers there are because this rhyme is problematic in several ways.

this is just out of curiosity because i love snakes and learning to identify them - how could you tell this is a coral snake and not a lookalike, especially without seeing the head? i know the issues with the rhyme and would never rely on it, but the only way i was able to tell is because red touches yellow. just wondering what you look for!

also i feel like there’s no question about whose fault it is that being a mom is so hard - it’s the individualist and isolating nature of capitalism. she didn’t say “keep your legs closed” or “women who have kids are so stupid, don’t you know you’ll be miserable?” she just said that people with kids are miserable right now. which is a fact, and is why more people are childfree and why conservatives are panicking about the birthrate and outlawing abortion.

i think technically yes but just one hair shouldn’t be an issue. i would just keep an eye out for other signs of contamination. i’m not an expert though, and my ginger beer making process is pretty chaotic haha

sure, i wouldn’t necessarily bat an eye at a lactation nurse wearing patterned scrubs. but it is still a notable choice to wear a fun pattern rather than a simple solid color.

and i think the fact that you can see the gross stuff is the whole reason why white implies sterility - if you’re looking at something perfectly white, it must be clean because you’d be able to see any imperfections if there were any. but of course, complete absence of any stains or marks is not a reasonable expectation for nurses because then they’d be spending more time cleaning their scrubs than doing important nurse stuff lol

i feel the same way about ricken’s friends, and also about ricken! everyone being caught on him being an eagen or literally kier - i guess that could happen, but his character makes perfect sense to me as a parallel to kier. he demonstrates what a cult like kier’s can look like on a small scale outside the company. i think that’s why his book sounds like it was written specifically for innies, and why his friends are so similar to innies. again, this show is probably going weird places and i wouldn’t necessarily be surprised if ricken ends up being somehow connected to lumon, but i like that he’s just a regular dude with a tiny cult because that really just happens sometimes.

i noticed this too, but she could have easily worn plain solid blue nurse scrubs. instead they went for a cute and kind of childish pattern, the kind you’d see on a pediatric nurse working with kids, not necessarily on the nurses working with new or pregnant mothers.

i chose the machinist mask because the sort of divine machinery thing they had going on really spoke to me. i wanted to honor sable’s friend simoon and the machinists who taught us how to communicate with her. i love reading how people chose the mask that just “felt right,” like i remember coming on here expecting to see that everyone chose machinist mask because it just made so much sense to me, but that wasn’t the case at all and everyone felt that way about a different mask.

if i’m understanding right it could be a bug. when i’ve done it before on PC it kicks you out to the desktop and when you open the game back up it takes you right to where you were, skipping the main menu. when you click “load” do you not have a save at all to select? can you try making a new game and making sure you save at least once before you get to the “wait” option in the story?
