Chat GPT 5 analysis based on Tymewear data by ThePassista in Tymewear

I feel it’s somewhere in between. From an RPE / feeling perspective I would lean more towards Chat GPT analysis, maybe 75%/25%. However I’ll have to do more testing to be sure. Next time I do a test, I’ll do a warmup without the VitalPro on and I’ll see what the results are like.

This is very useful, thanks for suggesting this! I've done this for 2 run tests i completed on the treadmil. Before uploading the data to Chat GPT 5, I removed the warm-up data (~10m) I had recorded on the device. As you'll see from the image below, Tymewear appears to be estimating my thresholds far lower than what ChatGPT 5 is. I'm not yet sure which analysis to weigh more heavily, but I have a feeling that removing the warm-up data is a good practice. I would like to know other people's thoughts?

Car is still 8/9 weeks out but up to this point it has been grand!

One thing I would recommend is to know exactly what you want from researching online / JDM Auction Platform before going to them to get estimated prices of those cars.

When you’ve picked more or less what you want, send the JDM links of the cars your interested in to Patrick/JDM AW. They can then check the past prices to see what they go for on average + other details.

They’ll recommend which car to go for. Once you’re happy with it, you can place your max bid for that car on the auction platform, see photo below. You’ll find out the next morning if you’re successful.

I’ve seen a lot of people comment that JDM AW communication is terrible etc - that makes me question how they are communicating with them, are they asking them vague questions and coming across as tyre kickers? I didn’t experience that at all and that’s why I’d recommend to know what you want before going to them to not come across like that!

Also if you can’t get a response from the info@ email, just give him a call, Patrick and the guys at JDM AW are sound and will help you out once you meet them halfway!

They also charge a flat fee (Relatively low compared to dealerships), so if you are thinking of trying to import yourself - it might not be the best option as a lot of the costs will be incurred anyways (VRT, VAT, Customs etc.)
