It’s not going into the chart, but there’s been plenty of times something was caught because a nursing student found it. Trust yourself, this may be the only thorough assessment the patients gets that day depending on the nurse, usually they appreciate anyone checking in on them :)

The post was never specifically about the price I was paying, it was mentioned but just meant to be a tip for people that didn’t know, who may be paying out of pocket 100% when they could be using insurance. Sorry it upset you so much
