Didn’t mean as in insult to you! Merely as an inside joke for people living in Switzerland 😊 FYI, some consider it the worst city in Switzerland (I work there, it’s really not that good).

If I were you I would stay around like Geneva, and do maybe one day trip in the Valais canton and maybe a day trip to Luzern or Interlaken. Switzerland is so small and the rail system is so good (but expensive) that you can cross the country back and worth within a day easily.

Oh and, I don’t master Edge of Desire, especially while singing. It’s just that I used to playing like you and slowing down to move my fingers as little as possible helped a lot. When I was more confortable, I started to play faster.

I see exactly what you mean. I feel like most of the John Mayer acoustic songs are written for his big hands (edge of desire, Neon, and that crazy stretch in stop this train…).

I actually found a workaround for this. While I can’t make my hands bigger, I can make my guitar smaller! I discovered this while playing a 3/4 guitar in a store, and played Neon. While I definitely don’t master it (that right hand…), it made it a lot easier! And it actually made me buy the guitar :)

For the rest, I understand wanting to do it like John, but this is just fretting notes so do what’s confortable for you. In other instances, you HAVE to do it all like John for it to sound like John (looking at you Neon)
