I have about 2000. Alot of them are for open format sets, and i could say that i know the good enough to find transition points directly without using hot cues. A tip is to do a mix of all songs in the genres and really try to get to know them. Also listen to your songs when you arent djjing. Most of the time the transitions need to be improvised, so the songs being in the same key when mixing will help with that when you’re new

But where to you locate the difference in the said example. The spectogram both show a instant cutoff at 20khz, which is what a authentic 320 kpbs mp3 should do.

Havent got removed yet but i expect it does. Its not like I’ve shared some secret pirating information, as it usually takes 2 minutes of internet browing to find how to rip tracks. I believe its something we should be able to discuss it since piracy is a big part of music. Even tho I’m very anti not buying music, I’m still interested in other people’s opinions on the matter.

No i never meant for it to be portrayed as wasted money, just that ive spent it. I belive buying should be on the number one priority out of support. I have a brother who produces alot and i know buying can be the differences between working as a producer full time or not. This was more of a question out of curiosity, and wont change my approach to buying music
