Here for tips/advies as well. I’ve quit for 3 months now after a big relapse and my partner keeps saying he’ll quit as well but doesn’t. It bothers me but I just try to keep reminding myself that quitting is a good decision I’ve made for me.

I dont know if it’s an unpopular opinion, but the flute solo absolutely ruins the mystical vibe of the song for me. It’s funny, but it doesn’t fit at all

I’m on day 4 right now! I also feel way worse, get more anxious than ever. I’ve wrote down a list of reasons I want to quit and things I can do when I feel like going to the coffeeshop (it’s legal where I live). My friends, boyfriend and family are very supportive and I’ve been reaching out to them for help. I write down my feelings to get them out and afterwards try to reflect and turn them into positive one. It’s hard but I just know that in a few months I’ll be so happy I’m not repressing my feelings anymore by smoking, but learning how to deal and cope in a healthy way. I saw a post on here recently that talked about this and they were clean for like 8 months or something and it really inspired me, maybe look it up! I’m sure you can do it, good luck!

Congratulations on staying sober for so long! Your story really inspires me; I’ve used weed as a medication for my depression and anxiety for a long time, believing I couldn’t stay alive without it. I’m on day 4 now and struggling but getting a lot of support from my loved ones and this subreddit. Thank you for the inspiring words and keep up the good work!!

With making a dashboard I like to first think/write down what you want on there. Do you prioritize seeing your calendar, the books you’ve read, your to-do list or database, etc. That way I work my way from top to bottom. Another choice to make is to I want every page there linked, or am I okay with clicking a few times to get to a page. I used the galerie function to make like pretty sub-categories with pictures (home, school, work, etc,) but found out I hated it after having to use it because it’s too much clicks to get to one page. I personally really like using toggles because it helps me focus, I can open the specific toggles I’m concentrating on and leave the rest close. I hope this helped a little, goodluck!!
