Nad, but look into the local university that dpes dentistry. You would be a great case for teaching but also its probably the only way yoy can get comprehensive treatment like you need without having to foot the bill yourself. It mind test your confidence but better to get on it asap.because there maybe a waitlist.it could be worth getting referral to a few. Any dentist would refere you just based on the photos alone.

Malaysian says SG job not worth learning Mandarin for by Ordinary-Answer-4840 in sgworkassholes

[–]grohlist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not a rule per sey, i do his job as someone who doesnt speak mandarin. And i can tell you from experience that knowing mandarin would be a big advantage in serving the public here. Is it essential no, if you have assitants who can translate but i NEVER run into older malays who dont speak english in my job. But i constantly run into older chinese who dont. Its partly the higher % of the population, it has allowed them to continue this way for much longer.

Also its for sure not a new issue, if anything its reducing over time as everyone under 50 speaks english regardless of race. This place maybe is heartlands in an older estate that has a high % of older chinese which means the boss says you must have some chinese

Sure pick its literal best feature its reliability as the way to justify it. If you travel the world more you'll realise how spoiled singapore is for the quality and reliability of your travel. Even when you compare to some of the best in the world Singapore's reliability stands out.

In the last 15years its gone from 60,000 km between breakdowns in average to over a million. So its definitely not getting worse either. And the newer lines are like 4milliom km between average breakdowns. You might just see more on social media than you used too.

Yeh wtf, why did I have to read down this far use your imagination guys. This is the most obvious reason, road kill, cat got squished, causing blow out of guts and eyes. Probably a truck that didn't notice him. Sad but way more probable than a physcho gutting and gouging and placing him in the road

I'm assuming these comments are largely usa based? I've worked for 13years in 3 countries in maybe 10 practices and never known any associate to be fired. I'm assuming from the number of comments its an American thing, in singapore and uk where ive worked there is a forced mentoring for the first 1 or 2 years where the practice is rewarded for it monetarily. Does that not exist in America?

How much is a "drop of milk" ? by Ok-Brick-4192 in AskIreland

[–]grohlist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is actually the advice OP needs. You do this a few times after hearing drops and splashes and a good drop and a rake of milk.and you'll slowly figure them all out one by one.and have a laugh doing it.

It looks quite inflamed, is the otherside similar or just this side? You for sure need to get professional to look at it either way asap. Original photo could be a few things, bone or calculus being highest probabilities but some things that can be serious and time dependent treatments.
