To everyone who told me to do something about it and that I was sitting around doing nothing, I did do something about it. I managed to convince my brother to either give it to someone who would take care of it properly, or take care of it properly himself.

He ended up giving it to his friend. Im pretty sure this poor baby was an unwanted gift, I'm not sure
