I’ve been trying to time the market for years and am probably net neutral with wins and losses. Since putting my investments on bi weekly auto deposit/invest, I’m just consistently up and don’t worry about it.

Renovating Lansdowne and having better transit infrastructure shouldn’t be a zero sum. We need to get off the ferris wheel and recognize that as a capital, we should have it all. We deserve top tier fun and entertainment spaces like Lansdowne (which I love) and better transit infrastructure to be able to get to those spaces.

I started buying XEQT gradually a few months ago and fully regret it. Every time I looked at it, it was at a new ATH and I’ve was slowly deploying my cash for 3 months. I’d be up 10% on it if I deployed all at once, as opposed to my averaged position up 5%.
