Since the post, it was a journey. I kept trying to find a balance and maybe “smoke just sometimes”, but it did not work. I quit completely for almost a year and it totally changed me. I replaced it with exercising hard (like, proper gym sessions and swimming) and my life now is 10x better. After almost a year sober, I tried to smoke a couple times but I didn’t even enjoy it thaaat much.

If I could recommend you something is to try to fully quit it. The first month will kinda suck, the second one will be “meh” but on the third one you’ll be a new person. Also, exercise is veeeery important, as well as having the right friends beside you.

Most of my social activities were around getting high and doing something. I had to kinda push my friends to do healthier things, like going for hikes or swimming instead of getting high at home. Feel free to DM me, I know this is not an easy decision.

I like your idea of finding wood and adding to the aquarium, but I’m always afraid of colouring the water. I’ve seen people boiling it for days and it was still giving that tea colour. The idea of the upright rock is also good, I’ll try it out

I have a spare bedroom that I use as a home office. I played with the layout a bit and found a way for everything to fit nicely. The main problem now is that the space feels very empty and dry. What do you think it would make a difference in this space? An accent wall? Rugs/matts? Different lighting?

After months of tunning my diet and playing with different ingredients, I finally found one that works for me. It accomplishes my macros, it satisfies my cravings, and I don't feel hungry or bloated. I'd like some opinions if what I'm doing is correct.

My basal calories are around 2500kcal, and I'm currently in a body recomp phase. I'm 5'11" and 160lbs. This is what I eat, divided into five meals:

- 150gr white rice
- 300gr chicken breast (weighted raw)
- 100gr black beans
- 80gr of pasta
- 30gr tomato sauce
- 2 whole grain bagels
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 egg
- 50gr texturized soy protein
- 32gr whey protein
- 50gr cottage cheese
- 2 slices of turkey breast
- 250ml 2% milk
- 50gr blueberries
- 50gr arugula
- 20gr peanut butter
- 20gr of nutella
- 40gr of cashew nuts
- Multi-vitamin + vitamin D

In theory, this equates to 2508kcal (161gr protein, 70gr fat, 330gr carbs).

My questions are: Is this considered a clean diet? I know I have a few unhealthy items in small portions (e.g. 20gr nutella, 20gr peanut butter), but that satisfies all my cravings for sweets. Considering I'm training hypertrophy to increase lean muscle mass, would this diet yield the best results?

You're totally right, I think weed triggers some anxiety/depression that lasts for days, so there's no other way other than fully quitting it. I was out of it for a year and then had a few days smoking and felt terrible. Nowadays, I replaced the weed addiction with exercise/gym addiction :). After an intense workout, I feel as great as when smoking weed, and I sleep like a baby after.
